We respond to tenders in Ireland and across Europe and particularly favour responding as part of a consortia or subcontracting team for larger tenders. Contact us if you need our services to help you win a tender.

We are a tendered expert under the current Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland(SEAI) expert framework, “Establishment of multiple supplier framework agreement for the provision of expert services in support of SEAI’s Research and Policy Insights Directorate” for Lot 10 Offshore renewables.

We are also a framework member on the Department of the Environment Climate and Communications (DECC) Offshore Renewable Energy and Renewable Energy Consultancy (PAS126F)—Lot 2 Economic and Financial Services. This framework involves most Big Four consultancies, so we are in great company.

We are well-versed in UK tenders, having won several Wave Energy Scotland SBRI (Small Business Research Initiative) tenders as consortia lead. Our UK office allows us to engage effectively, no matter the location.

You can engage us directly for any of the services. We are happy to meet with you initially to discuss the scope and then come back with a proposal that we can tailor to your needs. We can work hourly or day-rate, with longer engagements being more competitively priced.

Renewable Energy R & D Projects We have a long track record of development and collaboration through grant-funded and match-funded programmes. We have targeted these ourselves, and we have often been asked to join other teams to make a successful project.

A non-exhaustive list of our experience in development is Horizon 2020, Horizon Europe, Interreg, SEAI Prototype Development, SEAI RD&D, Marine Institute, Innovate UK and Climate KIC, Datapitch and the European Space Agency.

Our experience covers the whole lifecycle, from finding relevant opportunities to developing the consortia, drafting and submitting the proposal, contracts and IP management, project management ( we have PMP certification), technical deliverables, reporting, dissemination, budget control, and closeout.

We also have direct experience as evaluators for a number of programmes so understand how to pitch with evaluation in mind. Our staff have been expert evaluators for several CINEA calls for Ireland’s Marine energy programme, for Sweden’s Marine Energy programme, Invest NI and Latvia’s Energy programme. We were also Chair and expert evaluator for Europe’s Ocean ERANET funding programme.

We have experience with LEO (Local Enterprise Office), Enterprise Ireland, InvestNI, and BlueInvest for business and commercial development.
